QSURE has been in the business of premium collections and payments for over 25 years. Utilising our wealth of knowledge within the industry, we embarked on developing our own proprietary designed collections system called Xcelerate. In the years since it’s launch, Xcelerate has grown from strength to strength to become one of the most user friendly and innovative systems in the market.

While we pride ourselves on the user-friendly interface clients enjoy while utilizing the system, Xcelerate itself is a complex and highly customized system that continues to adapt to the collections industry needs, regulatory benchmarks and customer feedback.

When clients join our service offering, they are provided with an in-depth training course on Xcelerate as well as having the benefit of a dedicated Service Consultant to their portfolio who is always on hand to assist. But, as with any system we are faced with in the course of conducting our day to day work, we may find ourselves occasionally  asking “how do I do that?”.

QSURE has taken these “how to’s” and turned them into a secure online Support Site that clients can access 24/7 through the system. So whether you are new to the system or perhaps training a new colleague on how to operate Xcelerate you can simply login and access the support page. These frequently asked questions and guidelines will continually be updated so you will always have the help you need right at your fingertips.

From how to load files, pulling reports and even submission deadlines, you can find it all on the Xcelerate Support Site. Simply login to your Xcelerate account, on your Home Page you will see a new button to the top right of your screen called “Support”, this will link to the below Support Site Home Page.
